“Gamification” or “Serious Gaming” are buzzwords that are virtually unknown to many small and medium-sized businesses. However, they conceal numerous applications for larger and smaller businesses, and the scope for benefiting from the techniques and applications of computer games for non-gaming products are greater than one might think.
